 Experience an over night stay in a cabin located inside an old water wheel Grist mill.

This one of a kind gem has windows for viewing of the turning wheel from inside your cabin.

 This Unique  relaxing retreat has a small home cabin feel.  a relaxing private back deck area with LP Grill, Charcoal grill, small fire pit, Sitting area.

 

Nightly rental includes-

Kayaks, canoe, and paddle boats for a on site relaxing get a way.

Putters for the  9 hole mini golf course are complementary.

There are fishing poles provided for a fun afternoon hanging by the private lake.

There are swings that take you over the water for a fun photo op

A Hiking trail- a short on site hiking trial is fun way to explore nature and discover unique treasures along the way.

# 1-Local Beer Tasting

If you don't have time to visit all the local beer brewers, We can schedule a beer tasting on site to sample many of the local beers. (Must be 21 yrs old) $25.00 per person includes beers from

Calf Killer, Hix, Jig Head, Happy Trails. 

 

#2- Southern Home cooked meals-$15.99 per person

Cooked on site,your private  server brings and serves the meal family style outdoors by the water falls. 

Ask about the menu of the day. 

Meals may included Southern Crispy fried Chicken, Fried Catfish, Loaded Mash potatoes, green bean casserole, Hopping Black eye peas with onions, Sliced grilled Ham, Flaky Home style w country gray, sliced local tomatoes, oven Baked Cheesy Mac and Cheese, Cobbler of the day or Banana pudding.

Beverages taxes and gratuity not included.

#3  In Cookeville Bike tour- self guided-$27.00+per person

                                       -Tour guided $35.00 per person- 

This 2 hour  plus  bike tour  takes you to the heart of Downtown Cookeville, Visit local sites on the way- See 5 unique murals painted on local buildings, Cookeville train depot and museum, Tennessee Central trail head for bike path, Spokes Bike sculpture, Banjo bike rack sculpture,  visit the  famous Ralph's donuts shop, Cream City Ice cream, Mission 931 gift shop. Your bike tour guide will lead you to the front of some Cookeville's favorite spots. Bike tour starts at ends at Vinnie T's Grill and Bar- Were you can order lunch and a cold beverage on the patio after the tour.
